Conference Venue and Meeting Rooms

Nant Gwrtheyrn offers facilities for a range of conferences, meetings, events and diners, parties or social occasions:

  • The main hall can sit 150 for a dining event or 200 theatre style for a concert or training event.
  • The cafe area can sit up to 60 with more seating outside on the terrace.
  • The cafe and main hall open out onto a sun terrace with spectacular views over the bay.

The main hall can be divided into three rooms with sufficient acoustic attenuation to enable two or three meetings at the same time or a meeting in one space with dining facilities in the other.

Break out rooms for larger groups can be provided in the nearby chapel and the Plas Education centre with rooms for 60, 20 or 15 delegates.

Accommodation in 4* en-suite bedrooms is available for residential stays and home cooked meals using local food suppliers are available in Caffi Meinir with a range of menu options.

Our Resources



A range of conference and meeting resources are available from interactive white boards and projectors to flip charts as well as sound a lighting systems. Free WiFi connection is available in the main hall and cafe with cabled internet connection in the hall as well.

A hearing loop is installed in the main hall with availability of a mobile system for other rooms. All buildings and footpaths on the site are accessible for wheel chair users and a lift is provided in the Plas building. Accommodation with wet room facilities for the less able is also available.

Every event at Nant is unique and our experienced staff will help to plan and manage your event. Sometimes there can be more than one event at the same time as well as day visitors to the site so we need to be involved in careful planning of all events at Nant. Log files

Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. The CMS puts together log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make improvements to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Your clicks on links in the newsletter are also saved.
