Rhaid archebu lle ar gwrs o leiaf 3 wythnos cyn diwrnod cyntaf y cwrs.

Thoughtful man

Gofalwch eich bod wedi dewis cwrs ar y lefel iawn cyn archebu lle

Os ydych chi’n archebu lle ar-lein, fe dynnir cost lawn y cwrs o’ch cerdyn credyd/debyd ar unwaith. Mi fyddwch yn derbyn neges awtomatig yn cadarnhau'r taliad ac wedyn byddwch yn derbyn cadarnhad trwy'r post o fewn 7 diwrnod gwaith.

Os byddwch chi’n archebu drwy’r post dylid anfon blaendal o 25% o gost lawn y cwrs gyda’ch ffurflen archebu. Ni fedrwn brosesu eich archeb heb flaendal. Nid oes modd hawlio’r blaendal yn ôl os na fyddwch yn dod ar y cwrs.

Rhaid talu'r 75% sy’n weddill pythefnos cyn dyddiad cychwyn y cwrs.

Os ydy eich cyflogwr yn talu am y cwrs bydd Nant Gwrtheyrn yn anfonebu eich cyflogwr am y gost lawn.

Mae’r swm ddyledus yn daladwy ar y dyddiad a nodir ar eich anfoneb.

Canslo Cwrs

Mae angen o leiaf 6 o bobl ar y cwrs er mwyn medru cynnal cwrs Cymraeg i Oedolion.

Os oes rhaid i Nant Gwrtheyrn ganslo cwrs rhoddir gwybod i chi bythefnos cyn diwrnod cyntaf y cwrs. Dan yr amgylchiadau hyn bydd eich blaendal yn cael ei ad-dalu NEU gellwch ddod ar gwrs arall tebyg o fewn 12 mis.

Os ydych chi’n penderfynu canslo cwrs cewch ddewis trosglwyddo eich archeb a’ch blaendal i gwrs arall tebyg o fewn 6 mis; fel arall ni fydd eich blaendal yn cael ei ad-dalu a bydd yn rhaid i Nant Gwrtheyrn godi’r ffïoedd canlynol: canslo 8 wythnos cyn diwrnod cyntaf y cwrs: 50% o’r gost lawn; canslo 4 wythnos cyn diwrnod cyntaf y cwrs: 75% o’r gost lawn; peidio â chyrraedd o gwbl neu gadael yn gynnar: 100% o’r gost lawn.

Wedi archebu eich lle ar gwrs, yntau ar-lein neu trwy'r post, bydd cadarnhad yn cael ei yrru atoch trwy'r post. Dyma fydd y sicrwydd bod eich lle wedi ei gadarnhau ar y cwrs dan sylw.
